Yes, it is mandatory to make an appointment. Yes, the deposit is compulsory. It is a demonstration that you take my time seriously, and it is a commitment to me. This deposit will be subtracted from the final tribute.

Consent is the basis of my practice. If a previously agreed agreement is broken, the session is stopped.
You are expected to arrive on time — not early, not late. If you are more than 15 minutes late without informing Me, the session is cancelled and your deposit is forfeited.
